Event Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all registrations canceled before April 1, 2024.

• There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 1, 2024, including no-shows at the conference.

• Cancellation notifications should be sent to TXSDPA, 5437 Bowman Rd., Suite 120-105 Macon, GA 31210, or by email to [email protected].

• Attendees are responsible for canceling their lodging reservations directly with the hotel.

• Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of written cancellation.

TXSDPA reserves the right to cancel the meeting up to four (4) weeks prior to the event.  In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses.
